Battery Quality Control for After-sale

All QH batteries in the package have a high degree of consistency. In a group, each cell has after-sales service for quality control. Your own electronic code (ID number), assuming that one cell in the package was damaged in a few years, we can provide customers with exactly the same cell to replace the damaged cell (same voltage, capacity, impedance, etc.) To ensure that all the cells in this package have a very high consistency. Melsen has a strong system for this job.

Our Services

1). Communication: During the working day, we often revert to emails within 3-4 hours.

2). Order processing: Shipment of most orders will take up roughly 3~5 days except during Holidays and vacation.

3). After sale supporting: We will spare no effort to help you with any technical/setup issues to our best knowledge.

4). Return Policy: We support every product we sell. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we'll be willing to give an exchange or refund the product price less S&H within 30 days without any word of complaint. If you want to ship back the package, please keep in touch with us first for return authorization before you ship back the package. What’s more, the product called back must be in its primary conditions: including box, packaging, and all other accessories. As for the damaged parts, there are no any refund. If the items are delivered incorrectly, we will change all of them. If the purchaser places the false order, we will exchange them or refund money 15% restocking fee of the items, but shipping should be undertaken by the buyer.
