How you control the quality?
A.Eastern Power has been exported to all parts of the world for
many years. You can check with local market, we have enough
experience to control our quality.
B. When we buy the raw materials, we will check the quality. If the
quality is not confirmed, we will refuse the raw materials to the
supplier
C. During panel manufacturing and battery assembly, we check the
panels to make sure that lead is in good condition at the positive
and negative poles, and that the positively and negatively
insulated plastics are in good condition to ensure that all
batteries are in good condition
D. When the battery is filled with acid, our quality committee will
check the quality and find the wrong battery in time.
E. When the battery is sealed, we will take about 1 % of the sample
to check the quality
F. After charging the battery, our quality control will check each
battery to ensure that all batteries are in good condition.
G. Customers are welcome to use professional battery test equipment
for sample ordering and testing, and compare with other brand
batteries. Trust yourself.
H. After so many process quality checking, if there are still
quality problem, we will replace our Eastern power batteries free
of charge to ensure our customers 'rights.
