First of all, When we purchase raw materials, we check the quality.
If the quality does not fit for our standards, we will reject the
raw materials. Second, During the process of battery plate making
and assembling battery, we will check the battery plates, check
whether the wires are connected with positive and negative
electrodes, and whether the positive and negative separator
plastics are intact to ensure that all batteries are good. When the
battery is in the acid charging process, our quality control system
will check the quality and discover the defective battery in time.
After the battery is sealed, we will take about 1% of the sample to
check the quality. After the battery is precharged, our QC will
check the appearance of each battery to make sure that all
batteries work well.
